What is a residential pontoon? A residential pontoon is a floating dock system designed to provide safe access to boats, personal watercraft and waterfront properties. Residential pontoons can be custom built to suit private homes, canals, rivers, lakes and sheltered marine environments. What materials are used in Marine Dock Systems residential pontoons? Our residential pontoons utilise durable rotationally moulded polyethylene flotation modules ranging from 550 litre, 650 litre and 1200 litre capacities depending on the pontoon size and application. Can I customise the size of my pontoon? Yes. We manufacture standard residential pontoons as well as custom designed pontoons to suit individual waterfront requirements, vessel sizes and site conditions. Do you offer aluminium framed pontoons?
